What does a standard yacht charter comprise?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and general refreshments. The exact offerings differ by the type of service — for instance, sunset cruises come with top-tier refreshments and light bites, while corporate charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering for business events.
When should I reserve my booking?
To secure a booking, we advise doing so a minimum of 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during our high season, which is from May to September. For business gatherings and private festivities, reserve 4–6 weeks prior for improved availability and customization time.
What occurs if the weather is unfavorable?
Your safety is our utmost concern. In the event the captain deems weather conditions as hazardous, we will propose an alternative charter date or issue a full refund. We keep a close watch on weather forecasts and will reach out if we have concerns 24 hours before your scheduled departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and beverages onboard?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permissible on board. Additionally, we provide excellent catering services tailored to your tastes. For safety precautions, we do not allow glassware on the yacht.
Do you provide yacht access for those with mobility restrictions?
We are dedicated to accommodating all our guests. Some of our yachts are equipped with better facilities for accessibility than others. Discuss your particular requirements with us at the time of booking, and we will suggest the yacht best suited to your needs, along with any additional arrangements.
What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice before departure are eligible for a full reimbursement. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before departure are entitled to a refund of 50%. Those made within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, save for instances of inclement weather or mechanical difficulties on our part.
