At SteadyMarketCommons, we offer top-notch yacht charter services, which include, but are not restricted to:
- Daily yacht rentals
- Sunset cruises
- Corporate events
- Exclusive gatherings
- Extended charters
All offerings are dependent on availability and climate conditions. We retain the right to alter or cease services at our discretion without notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Criteria for reserving a charter include:
- Attaining the minimum age of 18 years
- Submitting accurate and comprehensive details
- Paying the demanded deposit as outlined in your booking confirmation
- Accepting these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
We officially confirm your booking upon reception of the payment and our confirmation via written communication. We reserve the full right to decline service to any customer as we deem necessary.
3.3 Availability
Charter services are contingent on the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We will exert every reasonable effort to meet your requested dates and timing.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are expressed in € and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notification.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: An immediate 50% of the overall charter fee is required when booking
- Remaining Balance: Must be settled 48 hours in advance of the charter departure
- Incidental Expenses (if applicable): To be paid once the charter concludes
4.3 Payment Methods
Accepted methods of payment include major credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified bank drafts. We utilize encrypted and secure processes for payment handling.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full reimbursement minus any processing fees
- Within 24 to 72 hours of departure: Partial refund of 50%
- Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No entitlement to a refund
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain consider weather conditions unsafe, you will be presented with these options:
- Rescheduling your charter to an alternate date at no incremental cost
- Issuing a full refund in case rescheduling proves unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In a scenario where mechanical issues arise with your designated vessel, we will strive to provide an appropriate replacement. If we cannot supply a suitable substitute, we will issue a complete refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are obliged to:
- Heed all instructions from the crew
- Use safety gear as mandated
- Disclose any health conditions that could potentially impact their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the craft
6.2 Prohibited Items
Certain articles are not allowed aboard:
- Glassware
- Illegal contraband
- Weapons of any kind
- Excessive amounts of drinks not limited to water, soft drinks, and juice
- Pets (except if confirmed prior)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave courteously. A charter may be terminated ahead of time without a refund if the conduct of any passenger is deemed a safety threat or interferes with other passengers' enjoyment.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is restricted to the payment made for your charter. Our responsibilities exclude:
- Personal injury caused by the guest's own neglect
- Loss or damage to personal items
- Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- Delays due to weather or external factors out of our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
We have comprehensive maritime insurance for our fleet and operations. Passengers must arrange their individual travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies your recognition of the inherent risks associated with marine activities and you accept accountability for your own safety and possessions.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We maintain the authority to change itineraries, pathways, or schedules due to factors such as weather conditions, security considerations, or operational necessities. All efforts will be made to deliver comparable alternatives should such changes occur.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any postponements, cancellations, or changes induced by situations beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural calamities
- Governmental edicts
- Port restrictions
- Unexpected mechanical breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle your personal data in observance of our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services signifies your agreement to the gathering and use of your personal data as explicated within our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
